What's inside

How to use it

Mix 1 tablespoon (15 ml) into water or juice, with meals. If you are new to probiotics, start with as little as one drop per day and gradually increase to 1 tablespoon daily. Shake well before use.

White flakes (live microbes) may appear on the surface after opening — this is normal. Do not freeze. Store in a closed container at room temperature or refrigerate (36°F/2°C). Refrigerate after opening and consume within 30 days of opening. Shelf life 12 months.
