Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in acceptable condition and may be subject to review before approval.
Due to the nature of certain products, some items may not be eligible for return once opened. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. If the outer packaging appears severely damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 2–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
